About the author
Susan Choi is an American novelist whose books use shifting viewpoint, memory, and historical context to complicate what one character believes happened. She has also taught creative writing.
Her novels include The Foreign Student, American Woman, A Person of Interest, My Education, Trust Exercise, and Flashlight. Trust Exercise received the National Book Award for Fiction.
