About the author
Ola Rosling is a Swedish statistician and a co-founder of the Gapminder Foundation. With Anna Rosling Rönnlund and Hans Rosling, he developed tools and teaching methods designed to replace dramatic intuitions about the world with measured comparisons.
Factfulness begins with a set of multiple-choice questions about poverty, health, education, population, and vaccination. Audiences across professions tend to answer worse than random chance, a result Hans Rosling uses to investigate how a distorted picture of the world becomes intuitive.
Where to start
Start with Factfulness. Hans Rosling and his collaborators explain why educated people repeatedly misread basic facts about global development.
