About the author
James Patterson is an American author known for short-chapter thrillers and for extensive collaboration across adult fiction, children’s books, and nonfiction. His long-running series include Alex Cross, Women’s Murder Club, and Michael Bennett.
Patterson has co-written political thrillers with Bill Clinton and other public figures while maintaining a large collaborative catalogue. The First Gentleman is the pair’s third novel together and their first centred on a president’s spouse.
